PROJECT MANAGEMENT services

Project Manager
** The project manager is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. He/She plans and designates project resources, prepares budgets, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the process.
Site Manager
** The site manager is responsible for the smooth running of the site. He/she oversees all aspects, from the successful completion of tasks to the constitution of teams. He/she must ensure the preparation and technical follow-up, coordinate the various trades, and ensure the availability of resources in order to respect the deadlines for carrying out the work.
Commissioning Manager
** The commissioning manager’s mission is to ensure the proper functioning of the installations and settings in order to best prepare for the commissioning of the overall unit. He/she defines the commissioning plan and ensures the proper application of safety, health, security, and quality standards before handing over operational responsibility for the system to his/her client.
Operations Manager
** The operations manager performs his/her duties when the production unit is running or shut down. He/She is responsible for the management and operation of one or more units. The operations manager is the guarantor of the safety of the installations.
